Property Description

Two bedroom detached villa on one level with private pool, situated in a quiet area of Fuente del Baden Phase II, approx. 2km from Nerja town. A car is useful although not essential. There are several bars and restaurants and a large supermarket within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance and, for the more energetic, the town is a reasonably level walk and takes about 25 to 30 minutes. There is also a bus service available and is approx. 300 mts. of the villa.  This bus service also goes to the famous caves at Maro and in the opposite direction to Malaga.
 
There are two large double bedrooms both en-suite. One bedroom has a double bed, large double wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The en-suite has a full bath with shower over, wc and handbasin. There is a door that leads to the private garden.
The second bedroom has twin beds, large wardrobe with drawers. The en-suite has a shower cubicle, wc and vanity unit.
 
The comfortable lounge/dining area has a 3-seater bed settee and also a 3-seater sofa. The dining table has seating for six people. The television has all Sky 'free to air' channels. There is also a CD/Radio.
 
The large kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, fridge/freezer etc.
 
The outside space comprises a gated swimming pool area, several terraces and a garden area with a lawn.
 
There is also an outside covered terrace with built-in barbecue and preparation area.
