Other fees

There is a 150 euro returnable breakage deposit for weekly lets and 1000 euro for long term lets. This will be returned after checking of the property by our representative after your departure. For weekly rentals , electricity, and cleaning will be included, laundry will be charged for short term lets depending on usage . For longer rentals of one month or more electricity ,will be in addition to prices quoted. If laundry and cleaning are required for rentals of one month or more this can also be arranged at an additional cost.

Other policies

25% deposit required to confirm booking with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation within 1 month the deposit is non-refundable. Keys would be collected and returned to our local representative who will also be on call for any need you may have during your stay or in case of any emergency
