Torrox Pueblo is a traditional Andalucian white village just 4 kilometres inland from the coastal resort of Torrox Costa. It is a typical Spanish mountain village built on a steeply sloping hillside and with flower filled winding streets leading to hidden squares and quiet corners. The village has several tapas bars and restaurants, a daily market with fresh produce, Schools both infant & primary, banks, shops & supermarket, doctors with excellent medical centre, and of course all the facilities of the coast are just a couple of minutes' drive away. Apart from its very convenient location between the coast and the mountains, one of Torrox's chief attractions is its climate which is said to be one of the best in Europe . With an average temperature of 18º C, it is certainly a very attractive proposition for year round living.
This typical Andalucian village house is situated just a short walk from the main square in Torrox Pueblo. The house is entered via the main door which leads into a good sized kitchen/diner. The modern kitchen has plenty of storage and is equipped with oven/hob, f/freezer, microwave etc. From the kitchen is an archway that leads to the quaint lounge with a feature wall. Satellite TV is installed. On the ground level is also the main bathroom. A staircase leads to the next floor where there are two double bedrooms, a utility area for storage and contains the washing machine. From the utility area is a spiral staircase that leads to a large private roof terrace with fantastic views to the mountains. At a rental price of 390 Euros per month ( approx 300£ ) this property represents excellent value for money.
