Property Description

Special Offer for Jan, Feb, March and April!  A spacious two bedroom apartment within the popular residential area of San Juan de Capistrano with fantastic views over Nerja and to the sea from a massive south facing patio/terrace.  

 

The main bedroom has twin beds that can become a double with double patio doors to the terrace. The second bedroom also has twin beds and both rooms have large fitted wardrobes and plenty of drawer space.

 

A comfortable, tastefully decorated lounge with dining area and double doors leading onto the terrace with facilities including 4 sun loungers, patio table and 6 chairs with parasol, canopy and barbeque area.

 

Additional features include Sky TV (UK  channels), DVD player, Hi-Fi/ CD Player and a selection of books, DVD’s and popular board games for your family enjoyment.

 

The kitchen is well equipped with full sized electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and all other normal electrical appliances.

 

The bathroom includes a powerful shower within the bath.

 

The area is approx 2km from the centre of Nerja that can easily be reached by car (private parking close by), bus where there is a regular service, taxis or 15min walk.

The communal pool is approx 400 yards which consists of a children's pool and large pool both with plenty of grassy areas for sunbathing, there is also a selection of bars, restaurants, supermarket and games room.

 

A relaxing place to stay to make it a home from home with the extra addition of the sun.
