Area description
The area has a regular bus service to the town centre and to drive to the sea or the town takes approximately five minutes. The communal pool and gardens are situated 200 yards away where there are also bars, restaurants and a supermarket. There is plenty of parking on the road and it should be noted there are a number of steps up to the apartment, so not ideal for the elderly or infirm.
Property Description
This lovely two bedroom apartment is situated in San Juan de Capistrano which has magnificent views over the whole of Nerja and 180 degree panorama of the sea. The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, bed side tables and chest of drawers. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and an additional fold up bed if required. All linen and towels are provided (not beach towels) and quilts for winter lets. The fully refurbished bathroom has a white suite with bath/shower. The fully refurbished open plan kitchen is equipped with washing machine, oven/grille, hob, toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge/freezer. The lounge / Diner has a three seater and two seater sofa,table and 4 chairs. For your use is a CD player, Sky T.V, DVD Player and Playstation. Outside is large south facing terrace with patio furniture and 3 loungers. There is also a BBQ for your use. The property also has a safe for you to use throughout your stay. The nearest airport is MALAGA which is about 35 miles away. Taxis can be obtained at the airport or hired from Nerja to collect you. Alternatively pick up and drop off can be arranged but this would need to be booked in advance.
